Tender Description
CQUniversity (CQU) has allocated funding for the refurbishment of building 9 (ROK009), located at CQU North Rockhampton campus. Currently the building provides Physical Containment Level 2 Laboratory (PC2) laboratories used in the University’s medical undergraduate, post graduate and research courses. With the introduction of the Pathway to Medicine and the Master of Laboratory Medicine, the usage of the PC2 laboratories will increase significantly which necessitates the upgrading of these facilities. In conjunction with the PC2 Lab upgrades it has been identified that ROK009 requires extensive roofing upgrades to ensure the integrity of the building envelope.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
