Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Hume City Council is embarking upon the Tullamarine Tennis Reconstruction Project, with the works to include the redevelopment of 6 x existing (aged) synthetic grass surfaced courts to become 6 x new courts built on a concrete base with a new synthetic grass playing surface.

Council wishes to explore 2 x separate cost options for the reconstruction works.

These are:

Option 1 – Reconstruct 6 new tennis courts

Option 2 – Reconstruct 4 new tennis courts and resurface 2 existing courts

Council reserves the right to award either option above.
