Request for Proposal-International Student Airport Transfer Services

⁠⁠⁠Deakin provides airport reception and transport services for first-time arriving international degree/exchange/study abroad and English language students. The service provider meets the students at the Melbourne International or Avalon Airport and transports the passengers to the respective accommodation site (pre-arranged by the student). The accommodation destinations are approximately within 30 km of Deakin's Burwood, Geelong or the Warrnambool campuses.

Deakin University invites proposals in response to this Request for Tender (RFT), from experienced organisations for the provision of International Student Airport Transfer Services for Deakin Universities' Burwood, Waurn Ponds, Waterfront and Warrnambool Campuses.

The key outcome of this service is to create a positive first impression for Deakin's international students who are arriving to Australia for the first time.

Proposal submissions close on Thursday 16th May 2024 at 2:00PM (AEDT). All submissions should be lodged into the electronic tender box .Late submissions will not be accepted.
