This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF) is seeking a vendor to undertake a discovery into the invoicing and payment services within export areas.
The Taking Farmers to Markets program within the Digital Business Division seeks to appoint suitably skilled, qualified and experience resources to assist existing teams to complete a discovery into making invoicing and payment processing easier for exporters and staff.
This includes:
- Collation of existing insights across export users
- Current state system and service mapping
- Mapping of data and system requirements
- Ideation and design of possible ways to address key issues in an alpha phase.
- Providing additional services as reasonably directed by the Department.
Subject to a successful outcome of the discovery phase, the team will support in the development of a working prototype to test approaches and hypotheses put forward in discovery.
The successful supplier is expected to provide multiple digital specialists to design, deliver and iterate a user-centred digital service for agricultural exporters.
