As part of the City of Kingston building improvement program, the Council is seeking quotations for Melaleuca Activity Hub Garden Rooms Renewal Works. The primary objective for this construction project is to facilitate and support changes to the community activity hub by creating an engaging and flexible space for both Council staff and diverse community user groups.

A summary of the scope of works in this contract includes but is not limited to the following:

Demolition:

* Demolish the existing non-loadbearing walls and wall cabinet

* Remove the existing fixed storage cabinets, existing joinery, existing kitchen bench and cabinet etc.

* Remove the existing toilet amenities

* Remove the existing vinyl.

Carpentry:

* Supply and install new walls and doors.

Plastering & Painting

* Replace wall lining and make good with paint, refer to the architectural plan for more details.

Windows and Glazing:

* Remove the existing windows

* Supply and install new windows.

Joinery:

* Supply and install new storage cabinets and kitchen cabinets per the architectural plan and finish schedule.

Flooring:

* Supply and install new vinyl and carpet per the architectural plan.

Electrical:

* New LED lights and GPOs
