Tender Description
Glenelg Shire Council is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified contractors for construction of a two-story multipurpose building that incorporates new shared clubroom facilities with social spaces, kitchen facilities and outdoor areas; ramp and lift access; function spaces with ocean facing balconies; as well as a cafe and retail space.
