Tender Description
Development Victoria (DV) is the delivery agency for a package of works within the Eureka Sports Precinct, being delivered as part of the Regional Sports Infrastructure Program.
Development Victoria seeks to engage a demolition contractor for removal of buildings and fencing associated with future development within the Eureka Sports Precinct in Ballarat.
The successful respondent will be engaged under a modified AS2124 Construct Only contract, a copy of which is available as part of the documentation issued.
Bidders will be required to demonstrate recent experience on projects of similar scale and complexity.
The following Victorian Government policies apply to this procurement: Local Jobs First as a Strategic Project (including Major Projects Skills Guarantee) and the Social Procurement Framework.
RESPONSE REQUIREMENTS
As part of their response to this RFP, Bidders are required to complete and submit the following documents:
- RSIP EU - Demolition Contractor RFP 14986 - PART F - Response Forms; and
- RSIP EU - Demolition Contractor RFP 14986 - ATTACHMENT F01 - Tender Pricing Schedule.

Bidders who access this information must confirm receipt of this documentation on their PART F – Form A – Bidder’s Declaration under Item 19 and, in doing so, they acknowledge their confidentiality obligations with respect to the documentation.

A briefing session will be held on 14 May 2024 11:59 pm.
