The "Integrating Mansfield's Productivity, Agricultural Communities and Tourism" (IMPACT) route project is a four-stage two-year road upgrade project jointly funded by the Commonwealth Government and Mansfield Shire Council.

The second stage of the IMPACT route project is an upgrade of the unsealed sections of the 7.1 km of Rifle Butts Road (RBR) between its Ogilvies Road intersection and its Mansfield-Woods Point Road intersection.

Mansfield Shire Council is seeking to engage the services of an experienced and qualified contractor to undertake the Rifle Butts Road Upgrade and Sealing (R-BRUS) Project - Construction.
