Tender Description
East Gippsland Water (EGW) invites submissions of Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the supply of design and construction services for a covering system over an existing raw water storage basin in Swifts Creek, Victoria.
The project proposes to replace an existing redundant shade cloth cover (approx. 2,060sq.m) with a suitable equivalent or alternative structure. The full scope of works and specification are detailed in the attached documents.
A non-mandatory on-site briefing session has been scheduled for invitees at 10am on Wednesday 15th May, 2024. Invitees are required to give notice to Ramsay Beacham by email (rbeacham@egwater.vic.gov.au) of intention to attend by 4pm on Friday 10th May 2024.
The closing time for invitee responses is 4 p.m. Friday, 31 May 2024, and all submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal, or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
