Supply of Drainage Pipes, Culverts and Pits

⁠⁠⁠The Rural City of Wangaratta (Council) is seeking submissions from suitably resourced suppliers for the Supply of Drainage Pipes, Culverts and Pits.

Successful submissions will be used to establish a preferred panel list for the above services at pre-negotiated rates. It is important to note that provision of works may not be limited to a single supplier and no guarantees of minimum qualities will be given.

It is mandatory tenders fill out the forms and provide requested information as per below and attached:

• Evidence of experience in successfully delivering these types of projects
• Completion of the response schedule supplied.
• Completion of the schedule of rates providing itemised pricing for the delivery of the project (submitted in the provided template)

Tenderers should make their own assessment of the Services to be provided and base their tenders accordingly.

Enquiries

All enquiries regarding this opportunity, including the Specification and contract terms and conditions are to be lodged via this tendering portal at least 48 hours prior to the nominated closing time. Questions lodged after this time will not be responded to.

Submissions

All responses must be lodged via this online e-Tendering Portal; submissions received via any other means (including hardcopy) will not be accepted, nor considered. Incomplete and late submissions will also not be considered.

Tenderers must allow sufficient time to upload and submit all documentation, as the e-Tendering system will automatically lock at the Closing Date and Time preventing partially submitted responses from being completed.
