Tender Description

HRCC invites contractors with extensive experience in sporting pavilion and commercial buildings to tender for the Design and Construction of a netball pavilion and associated infrastructure and landscaping at the Horsham City Oval, O’Callaghans Pde, Horsham.

Construction contractors responding to this Request for Tender must be Registered Building Practitioners - Commercial Builder Unlimited under the “Building Act 1993”.

Council is not bound to accept any or lowest tender.

Late tenders will not be considered.

Electronic Tenders will only be accepted through Council’s Tendering ePortal.

All enquiries regarding this tender must be submitted through the electronic portal where the option to post a question is situated.

Questions relating to this tender will be answered until 12 NOON on Friday 3 May 2024. Questions lodged post this time will not be responded to.
