Campaspe Shire Council (Council) is seeking to engage a contractor to replace one (1) existing council owned public amenity facility and supply a further one (1) public amenity facility (Greenfield) with new modular accessible facilities in Echuca and Colbinabbin respectively.
To minimise the time that the public are without public amenity facilities, Council is seeking to install facilities that are prefabricated or quickly assembled on site.
All amenities are required to include at least 1 x unisex accessible sole occupancy unit with baby change facility and 3/4 x unisex sanitary compartments for people with ambulant disabilities per AS1428.1 – 2009 – Design for access and mobility.
Late tenders will not be accepted.
