Tender Description
Council intends to appoint a panel of contractors on a schedule of rates basis for new construction and reinstatement of concrete paving, kerb and channel, vehicular crossing, and miscellaneous items throughout the Municipality (such as in main roads, residential streets, road reserves, and right of ways).
It is expected Council will appoint up to 5 contractors depending on responses received.
The Initial Contract Term shall be for a maximum initial period of 1 year with the option to extend for further periods of any duration up to a maximum extension period of 3 years at Councils discretion.
The Contractors shall supply all things necessary for construction of new works and reinstatement of kerb and channel and concrete paving and associated works as ordered by the Superintendent and as detailed in the Specification and Schedule of Rates.
