Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified, licensed and experienced Construction contractors for the procurement of the proposed works and services as outlined below.
This Tender is for the Construction of a new Car Park at the Tahmoor Sportsground, 140 Thirlmere Way Tahmoor. The total area of the proposed new car park is 1,180m2.
Construction includes:
1. Surface levels and site set out.
2. Bulk earthworks - Proof rolling of subgrade and subsequent layers.
3. Installation of Lighting poles, Footings, Illuminaire installation and operation.
4. Installation of Drainage structures including pits, Kerb and Gutter and associated works.
5. Laying of Asphalt, Signage and line marking of car park areas.
6. Signposting and any associated works.
7. Landscaping and Paving.
The resulting contract will be a Lump Sum Contract.
The new Car Park is located at Tahmoor Sports Centre, 140 Thirlmere Way, Tahmoor.
