Overview
Lendlease Construction Pty Limited is seeking a suitably qualified contractor for the podium facade stonework package on the Sydney Metro West, Hunter Street Station project.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Design development of natural or engineered stone facade systems
- Preparation of detailed shop drawings
- Engineering of the stone facade systems, including support structures, fixings and anchors
- Fabrication of the stone facade systems and associated components
- Supply of natural or engineered stone facade systems, support structures, fixings, anchors, waterproofing interfaces and associated components
- Delivery of the stone facade systems and associated components
- Installation of the stone facade systems, including support structures, fixings, anchors and waterproofing interfaces
