This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Health and Aged Care (the Buyer) is seeking to establish arrangements with a number of pre-qualified Sellers to provide the Buyer with supplementary capability to support its current internal digital delivery transformation teams and Service Operation support for applications.
The Buyer will require supplemented teams across varied capabilities, roles, and various technology stacks (Microsoft Power Platforms, Power Bi, D365, Azure cloud, MuleSoft, etc.) and an ITIL Service Operation support model. The proposed model for this approach is to establish Deeds of Standing Offer with a number of Sellers from which the Buyer will engage directly, as and when required, to establish specific Work Orders to provide teams of resources to assist the Buyer to scale and deliver quality outcomes.
