Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Public Transport Authority (PTA) for Transperth are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake design and construction of additions and alterations to the Existing Mandurah Bus Depot.
The purpose of this project is to complete additions and alterations to the depot vehicle access, depot emergency entry/exit, depot building surrounds, site and building services, workshop, workshop office and administration office at the existing bus depot located in Mandurah Western Australia that is operated by a bus service provider. The aim of this project is to provide a fit for purpose depot entry/exit, workshop facility and administration office that meet both the Public Transport Authority (PTA) obligations and the Bus Service Provider requirements.

A site visit will be held at Mandurah Bus Depot, Lot 5003 Galgoyl Road, Mandurah at 6 Mar, 2024 10:00 AM
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
