⁠⁠⁠The University invites you to respond to this Expression of Interest (EOI) request for a Policy Management Tool. The University is interested in the advancements that have been made by relevant suppliers in the provision of a policy management tool and related technologies.

CONTEXT:

The University of Sydney is a distinguished institution dedicated to excellence in education and research. In our ongoing pursuit of continuous improvement, we aim to further enhance our Policy Management capabilities.

While our current system functions adequately, we believe that there is an opportunity for improvement. The existing system lacks the advanced features necessary to efficiently manage and communicate policies across our diverse academic and administrative departments.

As part of this enhancement initiative, the University is seeking a reliable and innovative supplier to provide a comprehensive solution. The selected supplier will play a crucial role in upgrading our Policy Management System to incorporate advanced functionalities that align with our evolving needs.

OBJECTIVES:

The primary objectives of this EOI are as follows:

1. To gain a comprehensive understanding of your company's capabilities, experience, and capacity to meet our needs.

2. To identify potential partners for further discussions and possible collaboration.

We understand that not all potential suppliers will meet every requirement outlined in the EOI. We are open to exploring different partnership models and are eager to engage with suppliers who can complement our strengths with their own unique expertise.
