Tender Description
Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations to design, procure and install functional and creative lighting at four (4) major locations within our LGA.
The purpose of the project is to address concerns around inconsistent night-time lighting to improve the safety of women and girls in Auburn, Guildford and Westmead and make the streets more walkable.
The contractor will develop a concept design for the physical infrastructure of the areas indicated in this RFx, then plan and deliver implementation of this design at the site including supply, installation, maintenance, and removal of the required physical infrastructure.
Submissions are to include concept design(s) and shop drawings to satisfy the Project Control Group and key Stakeholders.
The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules herein. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract.
