Tender Description
Environment Protection Authority (EPA) (referred to as the “Authority” hereinafter) is issuing this Request For Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from Suppliers (referred to as “Respondents”) for procuring an online Desk Booking and Visitor System for an initial term of three years with option to extend for further two years (1+1 year), to enable staff to book a workstation, view availability, provide a simple online visitor registration system and to enable ongoing COVID management to identify staff that have attended site on a particular day when another staff member has turned positive.
