Tender Description
The City of Perth is seeking the services of an experienced contractor to replace the existing lifts at the City's Regal Place Car Park, located at 81- 95 Regal Place, East Perth, WA 6000.
The scope of works includes removal of the all three (3) existing lifts and supply and installation of replacement machine room lifts, whilst retaining landing entrance frames and sills.
All detailed information of the scope of works including Lifts Performance and Requirements and Building Works for lifts 1, 2, and 3 is included within the Tender documents.
