SERVICE REQUIRED
Northern Beaches Council (Council) is a diverse workforce of over 1800 indoor and outdoor staff. To cater for the office component of Council work, there are approximately 1077 office workstations spread across 15 office buildings comprising 28 floorplans. These workstations are non-specific and can be allocated to any staff from any business unit based on business team, business unit or directorate requirements. Additionally, staff leave, join or move job positions within Council on a regular basis.
The ability to track, update and easily analyse office space utilisation, down to an employee and workstation level, is seen as vital for the Property team to be able to provide Facilities and Building Asset Management services efficiently to the whole of Council. This is in line with Corporate Strategy 2019-2023: Focused on our customers being a trusted source of reliable and timely information.
Council therefore requests quotes for the supply of a reliable, scalable, easy-to-use cloud-based software solution for this service.
