Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC) has received funding approval for the replacement of the Melrose Road Bridge as part of the Australian Government’s Bridges Renewal Program (BRP) Round Six. Council intends to demolish the existing timber bridge and construct a new two span concrete bridge at the location of the existing timber bridge. The bridge is located about 30km west of Pittsworth on Melrose Road and spans the Condamine River (North Branch).

As part of the procurement strategy, Council wishes to procure services of experienced piling contractor to undertake driving of 17 piles (550mm Octagon) prestressed, reinforced concrete piles.
