Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this project to upgrade and provide repairs to the Emerald Aquatic Centre to provide a safe, clean, and functional facility. Improving the local aquatic centre will support active participation in the recreational swimming, a swim club and class activities for visitors and residents.

Scope includes.

• Support structure repairs on under-covered 25-meter pool

• Amenities and change room door replacements.

• Removal of timber lattice and install shade sail.

• Supply and install new kitchen door.

• Roof flashing repairs.
