Tender Description
The purpose of this RFQ is to procure the services of a suitably qualified audio visual (AV) service provider with relevant experience pertaining to the Murray Darling Basin Authority (MDBA) systems and requirements, to deliver the design and installation of leading-edge AV and video conferencing systems for four meeting rooms on Level 6 of the MDBA’s Canberra Office. The rooms to be upgraded are the Corowa, Coorong, Paroo, and Dartmouth rooms.
The key outcome of this project is:
An efficient and user-friendly design and implementation of the appropriate AV installation on Level 6 to enable the seamless connection between MDBA staff, business partners, existing regional AV equipment and external stakeholders regardless of where they are located.
MDBA also welcomes vendors to quote separately for the AV design and implementation for the large meeting rooms in MDBA’s Mildura and Griffith offices.
