Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Hume City Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to design and document the upgrade of existing netball courts located at 224-256 Mitchells Lane, Sunbury 3429.

The appointed Consultant shall perform the role of Lead Consultant (LC) and will appoint and manage specialist sub-consultants (SC) to undertake relevant packages of investigation, design, and documentation.

Council is seeking to appoint a LC by February 2024

The appointed LC will be responsible for design and documentation of the following elements:

  • Netball Court Redevelopment
  • Sports Lighting System & Electrical Works
  • Storage, Shading Structure, Fencing & Pathways

The successful consultant will be required to ensure all proposed designs and specifications are as per Netball Victoria’s Facility Guidelines.
