The MDBA is looking for a service provider to design and assist in the implementation of the new SOE.

In collaboration with MDBA ICT Client Services:

• Determine and define the SOE scope:
• Software components – operating system and supporting software.
• Physical and virtual targets
• Application Scope
• Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Security features and configuration – threat protection, essential 8
• Gather and document SOE requirements:
• User
• Technical
• Security
• Accessibility
• Develop and document:
• SOE design and configuration.
• Changes to supporting infrastructure such as Azure.
• MDM design and configuration (SCCM and Intune)
• Develop and build target SOE and VDI definitions.
• Conduct technical testing and provide support for user and compatibility testing.
• Implement and test changes to SCCM and Intune.
• Implement and test changes to pooled and dedicated virtual desktop infrastructure.
• Perform packaging and demonstrate successful deployment to target MDBA physical and virtual targets.
• Develop and implement new or updated group policy, Intune, and Azure settings.
• Assist in developing Change Management strategy and material.
• Provide additional advice, guidance and assistance where required to meet MDBA outcomes.
• The MDBA requests that prospective vendors supply with their response’s details on key personnel and their SOE related experience.
• The MDBA requests that prospective vendors supply MDBA with at least 2 referee sites for which similar SOE services have been provided.
