Council is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced company/contractor to undertake the construction of a new irrigation system relating to the Glen Street Reserve Irrigation Renewal.
The work includes but is not limited to the supply and installation includes:
* Locate services
* Signage and webbing
* Tree protection
* Remove existing pump, cabinet and controller and return to Council. Demolish and remove concrete base
* Locate and remove sprinklers and solenoid valve assemblies and return salvageable assets to the Council
* Connect to existing supply to pump
* Pressure versus flow
* Steel cabinet on concrete base
* Lowara 15DSV03HPS pump station with 3.0kW motors and VFD
* Hydrovar protection panel
* Pump commissioning
* Re-connection existing 3-phase power supply
* Pressure versus flow test
* Rain Bird IVM decoder controller in steel cabinet, program with station flows
* 50mm master valve in pump cabinet
* 50mm flow sensor in pump cabinet
* Reconnect existing rain sensor
* Survey sprinkler positions
* 75mm HDPE mainline with marker tape
* 63mm HDPE ring main with marker tape
* Isolating valves
* Decoder cable
All works shall be completed in accordance with the documents provided in the Schedule of Attachments.
