Tender Description
Warrnambool City Council is seeking quotations for the provision of light poles condition inspection services.
The aim of this project is to improve Council’s management of light poles assets by providing accurate information regarding the condition of light poles to renew those are unserviceable and minimize risks.
The successful contractor will be required to undertake the following project components:
- Site safety and traffic management as required
- Visual and non-destructive inspections of all poles identified in Appendix F
-Ground line inspection for wooden poles
- Condition ranking for each inspected pole in accordance with relevant standards.
- Collect new or updated poles attributes.
- Pole materials include concrete, timber and steel.
- Any urgent risks should be reported directly to Council’s contract manager.
