The DTA has identified the business need for two project support officers to be engaged to support the AI in Government Taskforce. We are seeking energetic, passionate, and innovative project support Officers to support the AI in Government Taskforce. The successful candidates should have a proven track record in project support, consistently delivering projects on time and within budget.
The candidates should be experienced in preparing high quality project management documents in alignment with best practice. The candidate should also possess effective negotiation and communication skills to support internal and external stakeholder engagement. Strong analytical skills, problems solving and organizational skills to manage competing priorities are essentials.
The candidate must be a responsive, team player who provides exception administrative and project support to a high-profile project team. Candidates require a minimum baseline security clearance.

Initial contract duration: 6 Months
Extension term: 6 months

Location of work: ACT, NSW
Working arrangements: Candidates will be required to work on-site at a DTA office (Canberra/Sydney) 5 days per week face-to-face.
Security clearance: Must have Baseline
