Tender Description
Fremantle Ports Outer Harbour consists of two operational locations Kwinana Bulk Terminal (KBT) and Kwinana Bulk Jetty (KBJ). It is one of Australia's major bulk cargo ports handling grain, petroleum, liquid petroleum gas, alumina, mineral sands, fertilisers, coal, sulphur, iron ore and other bulk commodities. Fremantle Ports is seeking a Service Provider to support and improve the SCADA and MES technologies that support the Outer Harbour. The key drivers for this Statement of Work are:
(a) To enable our Information Technology strategy by building a strong foundation to achieve true business intelligence through collecting, analysing, and sharing data across all key functional domains.
(b) To enable FP to meet overall strategic objectives by providing consistent and accurate reporting, analytics, and visualisation of data.
(c) Engage a managed services Service Provider for maintenance and support of the Production SCADA and MES solutions and the associated hardware.
(d) Ensure continuous upgrade of associated hardware and software components.
In November 2022 Fremantle Ports transitioned to an Oracle environment. All tenders for Fremantle Ports Tenders must now be lodged electronically through the Fremantle Ports, Oracle Supplier Portal.
