The purpose of this RFT is to find a Portfolio Project Management (PPM) Tool to support the YVW EPMO by implementing a consistent tool across the business, that will assist the EPMO and Finance Corporate Service with the governance and oversight of project delivery. There is an Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF) being developed as part of a separate initiative, which the PPM Tool will be required to support.

Currently different methods/ tools are being used to manage project delivery, which creates additional work, inconsistency in processes being used, difficult to plan, create roadmaps, budget across the enterprise. Implementing a consistent enterprise delivery framework and one tool being used to support this framework, will eliminate some of the problems currently faced in project delivery, enable the efficient management and governance of projects and support planning and budgeting across YVW.
