Bayside Council is seeking expressions of interest to lease the premises at 2 Laycock Street, Bexley North and for the tenant to undertake the refurbishment of the buildings onsite. Respondents will have experience in projects for social/affordable and/or emergency accommodation and will look to service the local Bayside community.
