Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
This procurement is to deliver the design thinking for the MyGRDC portal and associated stakeholder centric requirements.
The expected outputs are:
1. A detailed Product Roadmap for MyGRDC for the next 3-5 years. This is to include:
- user stories & wireframes for the next 18 months,
- high-level ‘buckets’ of functional priorities for 18-36 & 36+ month timelines
- Scoping a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
- Architect solutions spanning website, SRM/CRM, CMS, IMS APIs, web analytics, visual mapping etc.
2. Sprint workshops to gather requirements to include:
- 2x half day workshops for GRDC staff.
- 2-4 x 2hr Grower/Adviser workshops (leverage GRDC Panels).
- 1 x 2hr playback to GRDC staff of wireframes & user stories (& Growers/Advisers involved from GRDC Panels).
3. A business case for the build and delivery of the MVP to allow funding approvals.
4. Project Management that includes governance such as Project Board packs & composition; approach to design sprints (this stage) & future Product Team build sprints; roles of various people involved etc. This is to leverage the existing GRDC Project Management Framework where possible.
