Coliban Water invites tenders for contractors amend the Greater Bendigo and Mount Alexander planning schemes to apply the Public Use Zone 1 (‘PUZ1’) to all land that forms part of the Bendigo and Castlemaine WRP and apply a schedule to the Buffer Area Overlay (‘BAO’) to land within the odour buffer of both WRPs.
