SERVICE REQUIRED:

Council invites tender submissions from suitably qualified and experienced individuals or organizations, the Tenderer, who are interested in obtaining a lease to operate a Cafe/Restaurant at 2 Mona St, Mona Vale.

The Cafe/Restaurant comprises a kitchen, storeroom, and servery area, together with an undercover tiled dining area and outside seating area. The leased area totals 479m2 approx. internal and external areas including vehicular access.

Council encourages and supports the successful Tenderer to resource and undertake a fit out of the Cafe/Restaurant, see D8, F10. However, the successful Tenderer may set up and begin trading up with their own equipment in the Cafe/Restaurant.
