This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

⁠⁠⁠The objective of this request is for the Australian Securities and Investments Commission to source assistance to develop and draft a comprehensive funding proposal for ASIC’s Digital Transformation Program. The Funding Proposal must align with the Digital Transformation Agency’s (DTA) ICT Investment Approval Process, Department of Finance and Treasury guidance and Commonwealth Government practices generally.
