Gladstone Ports Corporation (GPC) is requesting Expressions of Interest from Bidders that can provide the following Services – External Recruitment Providers for Permanent & Temporary Personnel.
The Services will be comprised of three separate categories - Professional & Technical (OS1930557), Labour (OS1930558) and Information Systems (OS19310497).
GPC’s annual spend for the Services has been estimated at approximately $4M to $5M per annum across the three categories, noting this is variable.
For each category, the Services will include:
- Comprehensive recruitment placement services for temporary, permanent and casual direct placement positions.
- Comprehensive labour hire placement services.
The Services are to be delivered in accordance with GPC’s Recruitment Standard, with the Supplier to be engaged via a GPC pro-forma contract as per the copy supplied with this Request for EOI.
In submitting their EOI, Bidders are asked to clearly indicate their interest in each of the three separate categories (refer Section 3 – Question 3), noting that Bidders that are interested in a single category will be considered.
