Tender Description
Willoughby City Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced construction contractors for the refurbishment and fit-out of their administration office located on 31 Victor Street, Chatswood NSW 2067. The office currently accommodates approximately 230 Council Staff over 3 levels and the project will see a refurbishment and fit-out of the approximate 4,100m2 tenancy to address Council's identified needs and aspirations for their new workspace.
A briefing/site visit will be held at 31 Victor St, Chatswood; between 4pm-5pm on Thursday 12 October 2023. All prospective Proponents are advised to attend.

Tenders are to be submitted online OR - within a sealed envelope endorsed:
"The Chief Executive Officer - Victor Street Office Refurbishment Project" and shall be placed in the Tender Box located on Ground Floor, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood 2067, so as to be received in full prior to: 11am Friday 3rd November 2023.
Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
