Three New Parks - Lead Design Consultant

⁠⁠⁠As part of the Victorian State Government’s, Suburban Parks Program, Parks Victoria is developing three new regional parks to be established in Melbourne’s western and south-eastern growth areas to improve liveability and biodiversity protection for these emerging communities.

The Three New Parks in this project are:

• Kororoit Creek Regional Park

260-hectares in Deanside north-west of Melbourne.

• Werribee Township Regional Park

340-hectares in Wyndham Vale south-west of Melbourne; and

• Clyde Regional Park

120-hectares in Clyde south-east of Melbourne.

Parks Victoria is seeking a lead consultant (landscape architect/design services) to produce a highly developed park master plan for each of the Three New Parks. This procurement process will be undertaken in multiple stages separated into:

• this Expression of Interest (EOI) (Phase 1), followed by
• an invited tender to shortlisted applicants (Phase 2).

The purpose of this EOI is to assess the ability of prospective tenderers to provide the Landscape Architectural (lead consultancy) and management of all sub-consultancies (design, technical and otherwise) services for this project.

This procurement allows for invitees to submit responses for any 1, 2 or all 3 parks subject to capacity to deliver in the proposed timeframe. Please see attached documents for further information.
