Tender Description
The procurement aims to engage a specialised IT firm proficient in transaction systems to provide a system that supports government land acquisition, property/asset management, and sales. The system should incorporate a wide range of functions, including but not limited to transaction tracking, action tracking, interactions, task management, workflows, reporting, notifications, and the potential integration with financial and other systems.
DTP will have an internal team administering the system (user management, issue triage, data upload etc) but a multi-year support and maintenance service contract is also required from the supplier. This contract will also include the ability for enhancements identified throughout the life of the contract to be delivered (at a price agreed between the supplier and DTP prior to work commencing).
The system will have around 400 potential users, with up to 100 users to be in the system at the same time.
