Tender Description
The current AER website is hosted on ACCC infrastructure and is managed internally.
The new website will be moving hosting from inside the ACCC to external hosting infrastructure (GovCMS Paas), which means the AER must now outsource the responsibility for:
- Maintenance of the site code
- Application layer protection and maintenance (security patching)
- Timely management of Drupal upgrades
Fielding technical queries from the AER relating to the website or GovCMS hosting
Our requirement is:
- The AER does not currently have the skilled resources available internally within the organisation, for this critical work to be undertaken in-house.
- The AER wishes to procure the services of an external vendor to provide this support and maintenance.
- We estimate we need around 20 hours of support per month. This is expected to be suitable to provide regular site updates including security fixes.
