Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Horizon Power is seeking high quality, evidence-based market insights to inform and shape the development of a future Request for Tender for IT Managed Services. Respondents are encouraged to provide thoughtful, experience-led inputs that:

  • Surface viable alternative delivery models, operating approaches and commercial structures
  • Constructively challenge current service boundaries, sourcing assumptions and levels of vendor dependency
  • Demonstrate real world delivery outcomes supported by practical examples and evidence
  • Enable clear, structured comparison across respondents, particularly in areas such as delivery model, commercial construct and transition approach
