At Development Victoria, we’re passionate about making Victoria a great place to be. We create vibrant places across our state, through diverse and strategic property development and urban renewal projects. As the Victorian Government’s development arm, we revitalise iconic public buildings, create important cultural and recreational facilities and recycle public land, for all Victorians. We build great homes and communities where people and business can thrive, catering for different budgets, lifestyles and people.
We are developing an Engagement Consultant supplier panel to source engagement expertise to support our complete scope of our works from precincts and civil projects to urban renewal, housing and apartment complex projects. Engagement services comprise:
- stakeholder research and analysis
- stakeholder strategy development
- stakeholder management
- data and digital tools
- communications
The Expression of Interest documents include a description of the services to be provided in each of these categories.
Interested suppliers can submit expressions of interest indicating their interest, capability and history in providing any one or more of these services.
Interested suppliers can submit their interest by completing the EOI documentation (attached) and submitting their expressions of interest to this website. Expressions of interest close at 2:00 pm Wednesday 18 October 2023.
