This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (the Commission) is seeking the assistance of an experienced web development company to develop a complex web system for the Commission. The new system will be designed to upload searchable information about individual compliance and enforcement actions, including enforceable undertakings, in relation to NDIS providers and individuals found to be in breach of the NDIS Act, established provider requirements and standards.
This project has been deemed a high priority and the required expertise to complete this project does not exist within the Commission. Accordingly, the Communications team is seeking to engage an experienced, capable company to complete this project in a timely manner.
