Hume City Council (“Council”) invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced architectural practices to undertake the design, documentation, contract administration, and project management for the Merrifield West Multisports Hub (MWMH) to be located at Merrifield West Ellscott Recreation Reserve 129-155 Ellscott Boulevard, Mickleham 3064.

‘The Consultant’ referred to in this document is the Head Consultant or Lead Architect or Lead landscape Architect and will:

• Demonstrate the Council’s commitment to an environmentally sustainable design solution that sets an example to the broader community with its environmental credentials. 
• Deliver a contemporary, innovative facility that the people of Hume can be proud of for years to come.
