Tender Description
Northern Grampians Shire Council is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced Building Inspectors (Unlimited) for professional services to fulfil council’s responsibilities under the Building Act 1993 (Vic) ("the Act"), Building Regulations 2018 and any subsequently enacted regulations ("the Regulations") and any other applicable legislation, with such professional services to be directly carried out by appropriately registered building practitioners.
Northern Grampians Shire Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender, or any tender.
Late, verbal, or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
