Horsham Rural City Council invites you to provide a quotation for the development of detailed design and construction drawings for Sunnyside and Skate Park Precincts.
This detailed design will be developed from already approved concept designs.
Key Deliverables of this RFQ:
- Develop detailed design drawings from provided concepts in consultation with Council representatives
- Developing construction drawings ready for tender including quantities and schedule of rates
- Developing detailed specifications ready for tender
- Developing a staged construction approach for each of these precincts according to Council’s priorities
- Detailed costings and estimated timeframes for each stage of construction
- All engineering certifications for proposed play equipment and buildings
When developing the detailed design the following needs to be taken into consideration and applied:
- Universal design, all ages, all mobility accessibility
- Sustainability in design and construction
- Water-sensitive urban design principles
- Safety in design
It is anticipated this project will commence Monday, 18 September 2023
This project must be completed no later than Thursday, 30 November 2023.
Tenders for this project close Friday, 1 September 2023 at 12 Noon
Tenders must be uploaded to the tendering Portal on Council’s website in one zipped folder
