Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractor/s to provide data migration services for the City of Subiaco.
The City is implementing the TechnologyOne SaaS solution. Currently, the City has a number of different software solutions that have essential data which will need to be migrated across into TechnologyOne. Tenderers will need to be able to demonstrate their experience in the migration of financial, asset, and local government data into TechnologyOne as well as provide their methodology and resources to be able to meet the requirements and timelines provided.
Tenders shall be submitted on the standard Tender form and shall be in accordance with the specifications which can be obtained from the City's tendering portal. Tenders shall be submitted online via the City's Tenderlink Portal. Alternatively, Tenders can be contained in a sealed envelope endorsed with the appropriate Tender number and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, and either mailed to PO Box 270, Subiaco WA 6904, or deposited in the Tender box situated in the foyer of the Administration Centre, 388 Hay Street, Subiaco.
The City will be holding a non-mandatory information session on 22 August 2023, between 11 AM - 12 PM at our Administration Building, 388 Hay Street, Subiaco.

Tenders submitted by facsimile or e-mail shall not be accepted. All or any Tender may not necessarily be accepted. Canvassing of Councilors or City officers will automatically disqualify any Tenderer.
