Te Wananga o Aotearoa Opotiki Campus Fitout ROI

⁠⁠⁠Te Wananga o Aotearoa (TWoA) is planning a new campus fitout in Opotiki at 103 Church Street, Opotiki.

• The project is the creation of a new tertiary education facility fit out in a recently completed two-story office building, on the first floor of this building.

• The project includes the internal creation of two classrooms, a student/staff café, staff offices, and meeting space as described in the attached concept reference plan.

• The construction period will be in the order of 2 months with completion by mid-December 2023.
